APRD’s Breakout Year

The year 2025 has been nothing short of extraordinary for APRD. It is a rare achievement for an artist to produce a track that immediately captures the attention of industry giants such as Benwall, Lammer, Funk Tribu and Oliver Heldens. Yet that is exactly what happened with "Crazy Frog", a track that not only resonated across the hard house scene but also climbed to the top of the global SoundCloud download charts, remaining the most downloaded track worldwide for several consecutive weeks.

The buzz surrounding APRD grew rapidly. Within no time he was invited to perform at Mondo Disko, a venue that many artists consider a career-defining moment. For APRD however, this was not a peak but rather the beginning of a much larger journey. His sound, energy and presence began to ripple through the scene, opening doors and creating momentum that few could have predicted.

After a whirlwind summer filled with more than sixty shows across Europe, it is the perfect moment to reflect on the adventure so far. APRD shared that while many memories stand out, one moment in particular left a lasting impression. Playing a major festival in his hometown and then performing at his favourite club’s outdoor event was a deeply personal highlight. It was not just about the crowd or the stage, but about the emotional connection to the place where it all began.

During this summer tour, APRD did more than just perform. He created another standout track titled "Bordeelsluipers" which quickly became a crowd favourite. Seeing familiar faces sing along and watching the audience erupt to his own productions gave him a sense of fulfilment that words can barely describe. He expressed deep gratitude for those moments, saying they felt surreal and that his life currently resembles something out of a movie.
