Biography
APRD is a DJ and producer from Utrecht who mixes high-energy house and hard house with UK garage. After years of producing he started playing out in 2023 and co-founded his own party, Jungle Groove.
His breakthrough came at the start of March 2025, when his Crazy Frog remix topped Hypeddit’s all-genre download chart within five days. A month later Oliver Heldens played that Crazy Frog remix at Ultra Miami. His remix of Milo laat het lukken’s Bordeelsluipers, first dropped by Benwal at Extrema, came out on Top Notch on 18 July 2025. It reached the Spotify Viral 50, was played from the Mysteryland main stage and Lowlands to Tomorrowland Brasil, and had passed 1.4 million streams by September 2026.
In 2025 he played 62 shows, from his first gig abroad at Mondo Disko Madrid to BASIS Outdoor, Tivolivredenburg and Thuishaven. 2026 brought Verknipt, Dreamfields and a long-running b2b series with S3PPA, and in late September 2026 the two of them tour Australia together for the first time, with dates in Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney and Wollongong.
